Events

  • We are happy to discuss the holding of events during the exhibition period, or on their own. We also offer the workshop space in Yamanashi Hemslöjd at the rate of 5500 yen per hour (tax included).
  • For events relating to exhibitions at the Mimosa Gallery, charges are negotiable based on the participation fee.
  • Currently we only accept bookings for events during normal business hours (11:00-18:00).

Workshop by Laima Kaugure

Yamanashi Hemslöjd presents a special weaving workshop.

Weaving coasters with Latvian hemp yarn
  • When: 26 (Thu) – 28 (Sat) June 2025, starting at 10am and 2pm
  • Where: Omotesando Mimosa Gallery
  • Limited to 6 participants, one each in the morning and afternoon on each day (a large loom will be used) 
  • Fee: 13,200 yen (incl. tax)

Beginners can also participate. Register early!
