Classroom Space Usage Guidelines

  • Size: 25 m²
  • Minimum booking period: 1.5 hours
  • Opening hours: Monday–Saturday, 11:00–17:00
  • Fees (including tax): *

    • 1.5 hours: 11,000 yen
    • 3 hours: 22,000 yen
    • 4.5 hours: 33,000 yen
    • 6 hours: 44,000 yen

      * Use on Sundays is also possible, but an additional 10,000 yen will be added to the above rates.
  • Friends’ Club discount: 10%

How to Apply

  1. Please inform us of your preferred date and time in person at the shop, by telephone or by email.
  2. Please pay the usage fee at the shop on the day. (Cash and credit cards accepted)
  3. A 100% cancellation fee will apply if cancellation is made less than one week before the scheduled date.

Rules and Regulations

  • Please be mindful of noise and odours, as the neighbouring shop is open for business.
  • You will be liable for the cost of repairs should any damage occur to the walls, floors or furnishings.
  • Please ensure you take all rubbish with you.
  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises.

Other Information

If you are selling goods during an event, please handle the payments yourself.

You cannot use the till at the Yamanashi Hemslöjd shop.
